I hadn't planned on actually telling Jack's side until the end, as he finally explains it to Ianto. Maybe I might have to do some rethinking, I don't know - but there is more to Jack's attitude than meets the eye.
It has been really interesting hearing your thoughts about this and now it's after midnight and I have been as my PC for too many hours and need sleep before I crash on my keyboard.
