Jack does seem to not be too nice. But ive decided to reserve judgement since before I responded, I went back to retread the previous chapters and we've only really heard Ianto's feelings and perception of what happened. Jack did mention he tried to talk to him & he was ignored. Plus some of the things Ianto has said to Jack seem to have perplexed him. I'm wondering if it's just a big misunderstanding and we won't know until we finally learn Jack's side.
Given all that Ianto obviously was hurt and it's made him a stronger person and more willing to stand up for himself. So good for him, but i think he should cut Jack a bit of a break. They both should pay a bit more attention to what each other has said.
