I'm afraid that I won'tr be exploring James cery much. He is pretty much what you see. As for his ties with Tosh, it's more a family friend deal. And while there mat be talk of Tosh and Ianto, there won't really be a whole lot with them either. It is mostly just the three main characters I will be concrtrating on.
