~OMG Sandy, I'm so sorry about your ankle. And believe me, I know what's it like and how it hurts. I sprained mine badly, 3 months ago, and it's still healing. And tell you what, it's been a horrible 3 months of resting, I've had a cast for a while, walking on crutches, therapy at home, starting to walk and now therapy with a professional therapist.
I really hope that your injury is not serious as mine was and that you didn't broke anything. And even if you did, they say it's a lot better to break a bone than sprain it like I did. Just rest and keep your leg levitated on a chair while you're sitting, and don't walk on it, even if you think you can. Resting is the most important thing to do now. I'm talking from experience. Keep it cold too. And please, keep us updated about it, ok? I could chip in with a couple of advices from personal experience of the past months.~
