It's Not Over - Chapter 10b
~~~
“It’s beautiful, ain’t it, Ennis?”
“Not as beautiful as you.” Ennis whispered softly into Jack’s ear.
Ennis stood behind Jack with him leaning back against Ennis’ warmth as they overlooked the vista before them. The boys had gone camping in the mountains after Bill gave them some time off after the harvest. It was well deserved and they didn’t need to be told twice. So they packed up Ennis’ truck and headed for Brokeback Mountain.
They goofed around and fished, and even went skinny-dipping in the cool mountain lake. But they soon found ways to warm themselves afterward.
“I’m not beautiful, Ennis.”
“You are, Jack. You just don’t see what I see. You are the most beautiful creature I've ever laid eyes on,” Ennis admitted, tightening his arms around Jack’s waist and nuzzling his face into Jack’s inviting neck. “You are so beautiful and I can’t imagine why you chose me.”
Jack turned in the embrace and faced his lover of only six weeks. Time had flown by so quickly, yet it seemed strange that it had only been such a short time. It seemed as if they had known each other forever. Their easiness with each other from the beginning had both surprised and comforted Jack, because he had never experienced such love and friendship from anyone in his life.
“You make it so easy to wanna be with you, Cowboy. You make me smile and laugh whenever you’re around. Hell, I just have to think about you and I smile.” To prove a point, Jack smiled brightly, a look of pure joy on his face which made Ennis respond with his own dazzling grin.
“You know, Rodeo, you could light up the darkest night sky with that smile. Who needs the moon when I got you to light my way.”
“Damn, Ennis that was so poetic. Got any more of that for me?”
“Well I ain’t no poet, Jack. I just say what I feel.”
“Do ya feel that, Cowboy?” Jack pushed his hard groin into Ennis’ and watched how Ennis’ eyes turned from brown to almost black with lust in a matter of seconds.
“You tryin’ to tell me somethin’, Rodeo?” He pushed back.
“Maybe. Got any ideas?”
“Oh, I'm sure I can think of somethin’.”
“Race ya back to the tent!” And Jack pushed away and ran back to camp with Ennis close on his heels. Laughter could be heard as they made their way back.
As Ennis caught up, they played tag around the fire pit as if they were two giddy school children in the playground.
“Gonna’ get ya, Rodeo.”
“Oh really?”
“And I want my prize when I do.”
“What prize would that be, Cowboy?”
Jack and Ennis kept dodging and feinting for a few more moments until Jack decided he wanted to be caught and let Ennis tackle him to the ground in a mass of tangled limbs.
They lay there panting, Ennis shifting so that he lay on top, pinning Jack to the ground. “I got ya!” he claimed triumphantly.
“Yeah, ya sure have, Ennis.” Jack replied seriously. “For as long as ya want and then some. I’m all yours.”
“Ya mean that, don’t ya, Jack?” Ennis sobered.
“More than anything. I love you, Ennis,” Jack confessed for the first time and he felt so relieved to finally say it.
“You w… what?”
“I love you, Ennis. I ain’t never said that to anyone in my life, 'til now. I just wanted you to know.” Jack blinked away the tears forming and looked at Ennis almost imploringly, his eyes silently begging Ennis to say the words back to him.
“Jack, I…,” he hesitated, stunned and awed.
Jack’s face fell. “It’s okay, Ennis, you don’t have to say it. I understand.” Jack was no stranger to feelings not being returned.
“The hell you say, Jack fuckin’ Twist! ' Course I love you, ya silly bastard.” Ennis declared. “I been waiting for ya to say them words to me since almost the first day I saw ya pull up in that piece a shit truck.”
“Ya don’t have to say it if ya don’t mean it, Ennis.” Jack finally turned his head away and looked over at the fire pit. “It’s not important, really.”
“Jack,” Ennis said softly, palming Jack’s cheek and turning him back to look at him. “I love ya, Darlin’, I really do.”
Jack had been starving to hear those words and now that the moment was here, he was overwhelmed. “Please, don’t be foolin’ with me, Ennis. I don’t think I could take it.”
“I ain’t foolin’ with ya, Jack. I love ya for true.”
All the while, Ennis had been lying on top of Jack and all he needed to do was lean in slightly and seal their declaration with a soft kiss. Before he could do so, Jack grabbed the back of his neck and pulled him in for a scorching lip lock.
Jack arched his body up to meet Ennis and they rubbed their aching groins together, their desire growing with each thrust.
Ennis pulled back. “Clothes, Jack. Get ‘em off!”
“Don’t need to tell me twice.”
In what seemed like seconds, both men were gloriously naked and facing each other, cocks hard and bodies thrumming in anticipation of what was to come.
“You’re so beautiful, Jack,” Ennis repeated his earlier words and he caressed his face, the honesty of his words almost causing Jack to burst into tears of happiness. “So damn beautiful.”
“I love you, Ennis, let me show you how much.”
“Anything, Darlin’.”
They came together gently this time, their kiss soft and tender, speaking of love and promises. Their tongues probed each other’s mouths, as their hands tenderly stroked naked skin. Moans were audible and gooseflesh was inspired as each man responded to the other’s touch.
“I need you now, Ennis. Take me now.”
Ennis guided Jack into the tent and laid him down slowly onto the sleeping bags and began to love Jack with all his energy. He used his tongue to bring Jack to the edge before bringing him back down again. No piece of naked flesh went unattended as Ennis licked, sucked and bit his way over Jack's athletic body.
“Oh, Ennis, c’mon, fuck me, now!” Jack demanded.
“Steady on, Rodeo, let me do this my way. The journey is just as important as the destination.”
“Shit, Ennis, you are a poet. That was so deep.” Jack proclaimed.
“I mean to love ya real good, Darlin’.”
“You’ve never done it any other way, Ennis.”
Ennis continued his exploration of Jack’s body and Jack responded favourably and eagerly to each and every touch. His body was on fire and completely at the mercy of his lover. He’d never had a lover like Ennis before and he made Jack feel like he was desired above all else. Ennis played him so well and Jack could not have asked for more. But now he needed more and he groaned his frustration. He needed Ennis inside him now.
Ennis could feel Jack’s body craving more and heard his groans of annoyance because he would not give in yet. “Remember the journey, Jack.”
“Fuck the journey, Ennis. I wanna get there, now. Just fuck me, will ya?”
“No, Jack. I’m done fuckin’ ya. But I’ll make love to ya for as long as ya like.”
“Oh, Ennis…”
Ennis kissed Jack again tenderly but it soon turned into something fiercer, more passionate and Ennis knew the time had come. He reached into a sack beside him and pulled out jar, and began part two of their journey.
Ennis lovingly, almost reverently explored Jack’s inner thigh, then cupped his balls before searching out the tightness that lay between Jack’s perfect ass cheeks. He tenderly pushed his way in and made Jack ready to take him.
Jack pulled his legs back as far as he could and lifted his head to watch Ennis fuck him with his fingers. Ennis had such a look of concentration on his face and Jack couldn’t help but smile affectionately at that. At this point, Ennis looked up and smiled back and at that very moment, Jack’s heart burst with joy at seeing the love reflected back at him.
“C’mon, Ennis. It’s time.” Jack reached down and pulled Ennis on top of him and kissed him softly. “Make love to me now.”
Ennis pushed in slowly, watching in awe at the expression on Jack’s face. The look of wonder made Ennis want to capture this moment and emblazon it in his mind forever. That was the look of pure love and Ennis still couldn’t understand why Jack chose him. That point was redundant now, anyway. They were together and Ennis hoped nothing would tear them apart.
“Move, Ennis!”
Through the haze in his mind, Ennis heard Jack’s command and did as he was told. His even but firm strokes had both men moaning their pleasure. Ennis held Jack’s legs against his shoulders to give him a better angle and as he thrust harder, his body began to tell him what it needed, and he thrust harder and faster. He leaned in to capture a kiss from his lover and they moaned into the kiss as they felt their climaxes building. Ennis changed his angle once again, so that almost every stroke brushed across Jack’s pleasure spot and he was panting furiously.
“Oh fuck, Ennis…yeah, that’s it. Fuck me hard, Cowboy.” Jack’s body hummed with pleasure as Ennis fucked him into the earth through the tent floor. “Fuck me, Ennis. Oh god, don’t stop! Don’t ever stop!” He grabbed his dick and stroked it in time with Ennis’s thrusts until he was delirious. “Oh… yeah…fuck me, fuck me, fuck me,” he repeated over and over,” fuck meeeeeeeeee!” he screamed as he came, warm viscous fluid shooting out of his swollen, red cock. He squeezed it hard as it continued to ooze out of him.
Ennis wasn’t far behind and seeing the utter enjoyment on his lover’s face, he shot into Jack like a freight train coming down the tracks. “Oh fuck, Jack, oh fuck. Oh fuck,” he panted and shut his eyes tight, as his body finally gave into its need to explode. He felt as if he were shattering into a tiny million pieces as his orgasm ripped through him.
But when he opened his eyes again, there was Jack and his smile pulled Ennis back together until he was whole again. Something only Jack could do for him.
“Hi there, Cowboy.”
“Hey.” Ennis croaked back breathlessly before leaning in for a kiss.
Jack kissed back. “That was amazing.”
“Fuckin’ nearly blew my head off. Well, my other one, that is.” Ennis grinned cheekily.
“I think I saw stars.”
Ennis pulled out gently and lay beside Jack and they embraced immediately, Jack resting his head on Ennis’ shoulder. They lay silently for a few minutes letting everything sink in.
“I love you, Ennis.”
“I love you, too, Jack.” Ennis kissed the top of Jack’s head. “Love you, too.”
This chapter, the memories, were really sweet. :-) I can understand why Jack didn't trust Ennis when he said "I love you" at first, but it's good that he did later. Two of them are really meant to be.
Now, I'm off to read the third part of this chapter.~
Yeah the first part was hard I agree, but necessary. We probaly won't hear form Ennis for another chapter at this stage. It's all about Jack at the moment. But Ennis won't be too far away.
As for the sweet memories, they will hewlp Jack find his way again.
Hugs
